I’m often asked how Ella’s became a $100M company within 7 years and recognised as a great British entrepreneurial success story, and the answer lies not only in the fantastic products we innovated and sell at the right price to the right people at the right time, but equally importantly it’s the trust we have earned from all our stakeholders that our mission is sacrosanct, and this credibility in turn motivates each stakeholder to meet the challenges of change and grow our business impact with energy and true belief.
Philip really understands the key constituents to managing change successfully, and demonstrated this whilst working with us at Ella’s over a four-year period, guiding us through the growth-led changes we faced.
